Our teachers are Subject Leaders.

They regularly complete Subject Leader Audits that review current teaching and resourcing to ensure their subject is consistently strong.

Phonics & Reading Teaching

 

Please see the documents below which give some detail about our Phonics teaching using 'Twinkl'. Also, have a look at the 'Year Group' pages for any relevant updates. Throughout the Early Years and Key Stage 1 we use 'Coloured Book Banded' reading books to teach reading.
