Parents participate in an annual data checking process. As part of this, the school assumes that permission is granted for using images on the website without names being attached. There is an 'opt out' for parents and this is on the data checking forms.
We hope that any complaints can be dealt with swiftly and professionally via conversations with the relevant teacher.
If this does not resolve an issue a written letter to the Headteacher is the next step.
If the issue is still not resolved a letter to the Governing Body is the next step.
