Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Our Head Boy and Head Boy recently planted 40 daffodil bulbs in the new Jubilee Wood on the former RAF Uxbridge site.
In 2012 we planted an oak tree in the wood to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Our tree will have a display of daffodils in a circle around it when they bloom.
We celebrated 60 years since Harlyn County Primary Junior Mixed and Infants School opened.
We held special assemblies and the children in each year group did projects on a different decade from the 1950s to the 2000's.
We took a trip down memory lane by looking at old photos of the school taken in 1957 and 1989. We even read the first entries in the 'Log Book' of the school including Mr Baker's (the first Headteacher) account of the opening day of the school.
We delighted to announce that Harlyn has been awarded it first UNICEF Rights Respecting School Award.
We have now gained the 'Recognition of Commitment' and this enables us to apply for the Level 1 award next.
